Return policy

At LOLOMM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your balloons, here is our return policy:

Return Eligibility:
You may return unused and unopened balloons within 30 days of the purchase date. The balloons must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Return Process:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at service@service.lolomm.com to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization number.
  2. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the balloons back to us at the following address: Building 16, Lane 2999, Hutai Road, Shanghai,China

Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the returned balloons and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will typically be processed within 7-14 business days.

Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized balloons, balloons that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect, or balloons that have been opened and used.
